SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Yosemiteeyewear.com offers free shipping and returns to anyone in the United States. All shipments are shipped through the USPS unless otherwise noted. All shipments should arrive in 5 business days. If you choose an express option your delivery will be sent via UPS. When choosing an express option please note that delays may occur that are out of our control such as weather, holidays, etc. If this happens we cannot refund an express shipping charge.

All orders are wrapped and hand-packed at our store in Boston. If you have any questions or special requests please email info@yosemiteeyewear.com

Orders received before 4:00 p.m. (EST) Tuesday – Friday are typically fulfilled the same day. Orders received before noon on Saturdays are typically fulfilled that day. Orders received after these times will ship the next business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When ordering outside of the US please read carefully. All orders placed outside of the US are shipped via USPS. At this time we CANNOT guarantee any international shipping times. International shipping prices & times vary greatly by country. Each country has its own importing, VAT, or customs fees. YOU are responsible for any and all fees when the package reaches your country. We will not mark your package as a gift. The package will be marked with its correct retail value. Please take the aforementioned information into account when using express options. We cannot guarantee delivery times with international shipments.

 If you choose to return a shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping cost and will be responsible to return the product to us.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Items can be returned within 10 days after the original purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. 

For returns please email info@yosemiteeyewear.com to receive authorization for return with detailed instructions on where to ship the return back. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will not refund any additional shipping charges. 

A 5% restocking fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift cards: Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery date
  • SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE): We only replace items if they are defective, and approved by the original manufacture and not damaged.
  • GIFTS: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return
